Author Notification2 August 2025

The deadline for abstract submissions is 14 June 2025. After this date, the portal will close automatically.
Please note that once the submission deadline has passed, no modifications can be made to the submission details or the uploaded abstract

The Selection Committee will only review abstracts submitted through the portal by the specified deadline. After evaluation, the committee will organize oral and poster sessions. Submitters will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts.

Each abstract will be assessed by at least two reviewers before the technical program selection meeting.

Authors must indicate the relevant topic under which their abstract should be reviewed by the committee.

Publishing your paper is not mandatory to be considered for the IGS technical program. Authors may choose one of the following options:

  • Presentation only
  • Publication only
  • Both presentation and publication

Authors must specify their preference at the time of abstract submission. Only those selecting “Publication only” or “Both presentation and publication” will be considered for publication review.
