Please note, the event organisers do not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit us to pay any expenses you may incur. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to UAE.

Visa Processing through the Hotel
To proceed with a tourist visa application (Single entry visa) the hotel will require the following:
- Clear scanned color passport copy (Validity of the passport should not be less than 6 months).
- The completed visa application form which is attached.
- AED 700 Non-refundable fee per Tourist Visa
- AED 5,000 Refundable Security deposit
Kindly note that a link will be sent to you to proceed with online payment of AED 700 per tourist visa and amount of AED 5000 per applicant for guaranteed purpose only which is required prior to Visa processing. As soon as the guest exits UAE and we receive the colored scanned copies of the U.A.E. exit and entry stamps from the passport, the security deposit will be refunded.
Once all the required documents are received, the hotel will proceed with the application. The process requires an approximate time of 5 to 7 working days (Immigration office is closed on Saturday and Sunday). However, the Hotel does not guarantee if the Visa will be granted subject to immigration approval.

Important: It is mandatory to have a negative PCR result or green pass in the Al Hosn App for entry to the event venue.
For Non-UAE Residents: please note that it is recommended to get your PCR test done no later than 48 hours before the event date.
UAE Residents: must have a green pass in the Al Hosn App for 14 days before the event date.
